Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our jewellery is handmade and customized, we have a limited exchange policy.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 2–3 days of delivery.
  • Exchange requests must be made within the allowed timeframe after receiving the product.

Important Conditions

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request.
  • The video must be clear and recorded from the beginning of opening the package.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized jewellery items are not eligible for exchange unless a wrong item was delivered.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, water exposure, perfume/spray contact, or regular wear are not eligible.
  • Minor variations in handmade products are natural and not considered defects.

Damaged or Missing Claims

  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • We currently do not offer refunds.
  • Only product exchange is available under eligible conditions.
