Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our jewellery is handmade and customized, we have a limited exchange policy.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 2–3 days of delivery.
- Exchange requests must be made within the allowed timeframe after receiving the product.
Important Conditions
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request.
- The video must be clear and recorded from the beginning of opening the package.
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized jewellery items are not eligible for exchange unless a wrong item was delivered.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, water exposure, perfume/spray contact, or regular wear are not eligible.
- Minor variations in handmade products are natural and not considered defects.
Damaged or Missing Claims
- Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
- We currently do not offer refunds.
- Only product exchange is available under eligible conditions.
